Rabbi Beryl Epstein loved every Jew. It didn’t matter if someone had a question in Jewish law or needed a hot chocolate and a joke he was there for every individual and made each person feel cared for like his child. His warmth contagious! His helping of others limitless! His breadth of Jewish knowledge only exceeded by his humility! He completly changed the world with his bright light which since extiguished left us in a dark world.

Rabbi Epstein did many things for the Chabad Rebbe including acquainting visitors with Judaism and Chabad before their visit with the Rebbe. What began as arranging classes he turned into world renowned tours featured as a top ten tour in NYC and every major news paper worldwide. In three hours he taught visitors all of Judaism to Chassidism to Chabad including all of the mitzvos and how it practically effects and is practical to implement in their lives. To the point that at each stop on the tour visitors would be purchasing teffilin or candle sticks due to being inspired to implement each commandment they learned about into their lives. Many shluchim started their religious journey after attending a tour and many began their religious journey through a conversation with Beryl.
